Three Strikes Rule
eNeigh enforces its “Three Strikes Rule”. We cannot police every listing nor can we enforce discussions, or verbal promises made between buyer and seller. Further, eNeigh does not become involved in mediating problems that may arise between buyer and seller. What we can do, however, is enforce a system of honor whereby when a sale or agreement is made in writing, that is, by fax, electronically by email or by letter, and a seller or buyer is impacted negatively by one or the other not keeping an agreement through no fault of their own and loses time, money, or a sale due to a buyer or seller not keeping agreement on an agreed upon deal, and eNeigh.com can, through clear written communication, follow this chain of events and find fault three different times with the same buyer or seller, that person may be suspended as a member of eNeigh.com and not be allowed to buy or sell on eNeigh from that day forward. Let us be clear that we are not in the business of solving every dispute or disagreement between buyer and seller and we expect both to work together to solve miscommunications and misunderstandings. But in the event that a clear pattern of deception, misjudgment, defaulting or misleading of others by any buyer or seller should occur, eNeigh will take action to protect its members in the form of termination of the membership of that eNeigh member.
