Videos are limited to 60 seconds in length. This page will be activated on February 1, 2008 at Noon Pacific Time, and available at that time for you to download your 60 second “Funniest or Goofiest Home Horse Video”.

Each Video will have a Title, and will be shown with the beginning of the video as a still photograph, and will have a one sentence explanation of the video. You must use your real name, and ranch or farm name.

Video’s may be downloaded for one month, downloading will not be allowed after March 1st, 2008 at 5:00 PM Pacific Time.

Any registered member of eNeigh.com may view all of the video’s which are downloaded onto eNeigh’s “Contest” page, and VOTE on the “Vote” tab for ONE video. ONE vote per registered eNeigh member email address. Violations of the “one-vote per member” rule will constitute vote manipulation and violate the goodwill and intent of the contest.  VOTING WILL OPEN ON MARCH 1,, 2008, AT 6:00PM PACIFIC TIME and close March 15th at 11:00 AM, 2008, Pacific Time.

Votes will be tabulated on March 15th, 2008 and the top three vote winners will be announced at Noon, March 15th, 2008 and prizes awarded that day by 5:00 PM Pacific Time.
